AI Parallel Dialer

Let the AI open the call. You take it from qualified.

Ring.io calls several contacts at once, drops voicemail on the machines, and lets an AI agent open the call and ask your qualifying questions. You get the connect the moment there's someone worth talking to - with their answers already on your screen.

One line, one rep, four rings and a voicemail greeting.

The AI Parallel Dialer changes the shape, not the effort. Ring.io starts several calls at once at the pace you set, handles the machines without you, and only brings you a call once a human has answered - and, if you want it, once an AI agent has already asked your qualifying questions and heard the right answers back.

How the AI Parallel Dialer runs a call block

  • Load a list - a CRM view, a PowerList, or a spreadsheet. Anything the Power Dialer already works from.
  • Pick a dialing throttle: Grasshopper, Ninja, Sensei or Bruce Lee. That sets how many calls start at the same time; Ring.io adjusts the pace inside the mode you chose as connects come in.
  • Ring.io sorts every answered call into human or non-human before it reaches your headset.
  • Non-human: leave a pre-recorded drop from your library, or skip and move on. Either way the no-conversation follow-up - your SMS template, your email template - goes out on its own.
  • Human: take the call yourself, or let an AI agent open it and ask your qualifying questions in your words.
  • When the answers qualify, the agent hands you the live call with the answers and a summary on screen. Mid-conversation already? An agent can take the next connect and qualify it for a human instead.
  • Everything the agent heard is written back to your CRM as a call summary, under the same recording and consent rules as every other Ring.io call.

benefits

Every connect is a conversation worth having

Four things happen between the dial and your hello. None of them need you.

Grasshopper to Bruce Lee, and the AI in between

Dialing throttle decides how many calls start at once. Grasshopper keeps simultaneous dialing to a minimum, Ninja is the everyday pace, Sensei pushes harder, Bruce Lee is the most aggressive setting you can pick. Inside whichever you choose, Ring.io reads the block as it runs and adjusts the pace - so you aren't choosing between a silent list and four people answering at the same moment.

Human or machine, decided before you hear it

Every answer gets sorted before it reaches your headset. Machines get a pre-recorded drop from your library, or nothing at all if you'd rather keep moving - and the no-conversation follow-up fires by itself: your SMS template, your email template, no clicks, no list to clean up afterwards. What's left in your headset is people.

The AI agent opens. You close.

Hand the agent the first forty seconds: the greeting, the reason for the call, your qualifying questions, asked in your words. It transfers the moment the answers say this one is worth your time. If you're still on a call when the next person answers, an agent can take that connect and qualify it for a human rather than losing it. The agent qualifies. It never tries to close.

You arrive already briefed

When the transfer lands, the prospect's answers and a summary of the conversation so far are on your screen before you say hello. The same summary goes back to your CRM - Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho - so what your agent found out becomes something the team can act on, not something one rep half-remembers.

FAQs

AI Parallel Dialer

What is an AI parallel dialer?

A parallel dialer calls several contacts at the same time instead of one after another, then connects whichever one answers. Ring.io's AI Parallel Dialer adds the part that usually still lands on the rep: it decides whether a person or a machine answered, handles the machines with a voicemail drop and automatic SMS and email follow-up, and can put an AI agent on the call first to ask your qualifying questions before a human is brought in.

How many calls does Ring.io dial at once?

You choose a dialing throttle rather than a fixed number: Grasshopper is the most cautious, Ninja the everyday pace, Sensei faster, Bruce Lee the most aggressive. Ring.io adjusts the simultaneous dialing inside the mode you picked based on how the block is actually going, which is what keeps you from being handed two live people at once. Prefer strict one-at-a-time? That's the Power Dialer on Grasshopper.

Will the prospect know they're talking to an AI?

Yes, if you want them to - and you can make sure of it two ways. There's a setting that has the agent identify itself as an AI, and the agent's script is yours to write, so the disclosure can be part of the opening line as well. Both are on by choice, so you can match whatever your legal team and your states require.

What does the AI agent actually do on the call?

It opens the call and asks the qualifying questions you've defined. When the answers meet your criteria, it hands the live call to a human. It doesn't negotiate, book, quote or close - the transfer is the point.

What happens if I'm already on a call when someone else answers?

That's yours to set. An AI agent can take the connect and qualify it for a human, or the call can end politely. Holding the connect until you're free is coming to the same menu.

Which lists can I dial from?

Anything the Power Dialer already works from: a filtered CRM view, a PowerList, or a spreadsheet you upload. There's no separate list format for AI dialing.

Are AI-agent calls recorded, and what about two-party consent states?

They follow the same rules as the rest of Ring.io, including the two-party consent automation. Nothing about putting an agent on the call changes how consent is handled.

What gets logged in my CRM?

The call summary — including what the agent asked and what the prospect answered - is written back to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and the rest of the CRMs Ring.io connects to, on the record the call came from. See AI call summaries for what a summary contains.

Is the AI Parallel Dialer included in my plan?

It's available on Growth and Enterprise. AI agent talk time is included - there's no separate per-minute charge for the agent leg. See pricing.

Does it work for inbound calls, or in other languages?

Outbound calling, in English, today.
